About the bank

Santander Consumer Bank is a Santander Group bank specialising in consumer finance: cash loans, consolidation loans and instalment loans. It has operated in Poland under this name since 2006 and is headquartered in Wrocław. Its instalment loans are offered, among other channels, in partner retailers' shops. Since December 2025 its sole shareholder has been Santander Consumer Finance S.A. of Madrid. In 2025 the bank stopped granting car loans; car financing is handled by its subsidiaries.
