Interhyp is one of the largest home financing brokers in Germany and not a single lending institution with its own published rate. Through the platform, terms from more than 500 lenders are compared, including government subsidy programs. The service is aimed at buyers and builders who want a broad market overview and personal guidance, rather than working through many individual bank offers themselves.
Interhyp's landing page does not publish a concrete interest rate or an example calculation. Instead, Interhyp advertises a quick "rate offer in 2 minutes" via the online request. The actual interest rate is only determined individually, depending on the property, equity, creditworthiness and the chosen fixed-interest period, and is worked out during the consultation. The page gives no information on loan-to-value, maximum term, fixed-interest options or processing fees.
The process runs in three steps: request, optimization and closing. According to Interhyp, an advisor gets in touch within one business day of the online request. Consultation is available either digitally or in person — Interhyp has more than 140 locations across Germany. In the second step, the offer is optimized for the individual situation, including consideration of government subsidy programs, before the financing is closed. Consultation is non-binding and free for customers; Interhyp is funded through commissions from lenders.
Interhyp is best suited to buyers who want a broad market comparison with personal advice, either in person or digitally, and who value the inclusion of subsidy programs. Anyone wanting to see concrete rate figures upfront without making contact will find no such information on this page and will need to use the calculator or submit a request.

Indicative calculation based on nominal rate of 9%. Actual costs depend on individual creditworthiness assessment.
Representative example
For a loan of 50 000 EUR over 48 months, at a nominal rate of 9,00% (APRC — check the bank's current offer), the monthly instalment is approximately 1 244 EUR, and the estimated total amount payable is approximately 59 724 EUR (including interest: approx. 9 724 EUR). This estimate excludes any arrangement fee, insurance, or other charges — check the bank's offer for the full terms and total cost of credit before signing. As of 04.09.2026.
